I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with spectacular views, but lacked a charging station. The service was impressive with a great response and follow-through, compensating for the outdatedness of the hotel. The location was unbeatable, close to the metro and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The dining was pricey for what you get, but the farm-to-table products were fresh.

Staying in the executive room on the upper floor was totally worth it for the extra space, especially with an energetic soon to be 2-year-old. The room was huge, had a great bathroom with a big tub, and was comfortable for our 5-day stay. The service was always helpful and polite, and the location near SYS and the subway station was fantastic. The dining options were not exceptional, and there was an additional charge for certain items.
